Civil Affairs

Due to the tactical situation and the lack of civilian population in the area of operations there were no opportunities to conduct civil affairs operations this month.  This Battalion maintains a plan for conducting civil affairs assistance.  This plan will be implemented where appropriate and activated when the tactical situation permits.
