Training

1. General Military Subjects and MOS training for the month increased considerably due to the opportunity afforded by the Battalion spending most of the month at VCB.  A copy of the training accomplished report is attached as a supporting document.
2. All replacements received indoctrination training in accordance with the Battalion’s SOP for indoctrination training.  Each Marine joining the Battalion during the month fired the M-16 for familiarization prior to being assigned to a unit.
3. Officer and Staff Noncommissioned Officer training was implemented during the month while the Battalion was in a static defense posture at VCB.  The subjects taught and total attendance are included in the training accomplished report.
