Mr. Tien Agreement:

Mr. Tien will keep beach area vic BT 533084 clear of vendors by use of SDC from his village. These men will not be armed.

These units will search all houses in his Hamlet during the hours of 2000H – 2100H.

If VC or VCS are found in Hamlet they will be turned over to USMC units the earliest.
