Subj: NGO TON – Male VN National
Occupation: School Teacher – Tam Ky Private School – Suspected of acquiring and giving information concerning USMC to VC. (CI Agent Source)

Mother: Phan Thi Nghi – Sam Hai (H), Ky Ha Village.
Father: VC
Brother (3) VC
Uncle: Ngo Phuno – Ass’t Village Chief, Ky Ha Village, staunch Anti-Communist.
Wife: Name unknown – Sam Hai (H), Ky Ha Village.
Sister: Name unknown – Sam Hai (H), Ky Ha Village.
This man has two homes in Sam Hai, Ky Ha Village. One home is located in main marketplace and second home is on main trail leading N to S from LVT Park (BT 517114) or the 2nd Shop on the left as one moves through Village enclosure wire. Both wife, sister live in this house that also is used as a shop. Marines have been known to frequent this shop as NGO TON’s sister is attractive and speaks English.
Conclusions: This man is in ideal position to observe all ship movement, LVT operations and Marines in vic of LVT Park as well as the Junk Force. The two women could act as agents.
This man and his house have been under observation of the Ky Ha Security Chief for some time. The observation will continue. CI had been notified of the contents of this report.
