1. The SDC of Hoa Long Hamlet were physically registered on 30 Oct 1965.  Enclosure (1) is the list of names with pertinent date.
2. The SDC will start up an SDC post on November 2, which will in effect, be a night patrol in the Hamlet proper with layovers along the route.
3. Also in enclosure (1) are the names of the Village Corpsmen and a member of the Popular Force.
