- Supply
- Class I. All Class I was drawn at VCB in support of field operations. The Battalion Mess Hall Served ‘A’ rations daily at VCB. Hot food was delivered to the Companies in the field, a Platoon on Signal Hill, and Companies manning the perimeter at VCB. In support of field operations, 5,000 cases of MCI and 16,870 gallons of water were delivered on operations ‘Herkimer Mountain’, ‘William’s Glade’, and ‘Georgia Tar’.
- Class II. Class II supply tents remained at VCB to cut time in transfer of cargo from the rear to the field. Shortage in the following items were experienced during this period:

Sledgehammers
Nozzle, Cover (water trailer M107A1)
Coat, utility (all sizes)
Socks (all sizes)
Magazines, call .45
Helmets, steel
Cover, canteen
The above items have been placed on requisition; however, quantities received to date have been insufficient to alleviate shortages.
- Class III. Class III was drawn at VCB and was adequate, with 24 barrels of Diesel and eight barrels of Mogas being delivered to the field.
- Class IV. Class IV was drawn at VCB and was adequate. The following items were delivered to the field.

- Class V. All Class V was drawn at VCB with 4,428 rounds of 81mm, 1080 rounds 60mm, 200 rounds of 5.56, 280 rounds 7.62, 22 C-4 Demo Kits, and 19 cases of assorted smoke grenades being delivered to the field in support of operations.
- Class VI. Class VI was delivered to troops in the field in the following quantities.

- Class VII. Battalion Motor Transport vehicles were used for administrative and logistic runs from VCB and QTCB and were satisfactory with mileages as indicated below:

FLSG-B provided adequate 3rd and 4th echelon maintenance support.
- Class VIII. A Forward BAS is maintained at VCB with a rear BAS at QTCB. Medical supplies were available in sufficient quantities during this period.
- Class IX. Repair parts are being received through normal supply channels; however, insufficient repair parts were received to keep all items of equipment operational.
- Class X. N/A
- Support. Division Motor Transport furnished transportation for delivery of supplies and movement of Company rear echelons to VCB, with total loads as follows:
6 6×6 loads, Class II, Class VI and 118 troops
23 Flat beds, lumber and Company rear echelons
6 6×6’s was also furnished for household and logistic runs to VCB.
- Services. Laundry facilities were utilized at Dong Ha. Approximately 1600 sets of utilities and 1200 pair of socks were turned in for laundering and estimated 150 sets of utilities and 400 pair of socks were lost or returned in an unserviceable condition.
